EMMETT TOWNSHIP (WKZO AM/FM) — Emmett Township Police want to find the driver of a White Chevy Blazer who might be able to provide critical information in a strange death investigation.
41-year-old Jodi Thompson of Battle Creek died last Friday, one day after she fell out of a van while it was traveling along East Michigan Avenue in Emmett Township.
They say the white Blazer was traveling behind the van that Thompson fell from, just before 3 pm last Thursday.
Police were able to quickly track down the van she had been in, and interview the 47-year-old driver that day. The man, said to be Thompson’s boyfriend has not been charged so far
