KALAMAZOO (WKZO-AM/FM) — Kalamazoo Public Safety says a man found lying on a downtown street with severe head trauma early Friday may have been hit by a vehicle that left the scene.
Officers responded to the 200 block of East Michigan Avenue around 2:40 a.m. after a passing motorist discovered the unresponsive 34-year-old. The motorist called 911 and began to render aid to the victim, according to a press release.
The victim is now hospitalized in critical condition at Bronson Methodist Hospital.
