KALAMAZOO TOWNSHIP (WKZO AM/FM) — Kalamazoo Public Utilities have lifted the boil water alert for a small cluster of homes along Kaywood, Junedale and Doncrest Drives in Westwood.
It was triggered after concerns that a broken water main might have introduced contamination to the system. Tests for bacteria on samples collected within the affected area have all shown the water is safe and normal use can resume.
