KALAMAZOO (WKZO AM/FM) — The high water on the Kalamazoo River has closed some streets on the south east side of the downtown near the Edison Neighborhood, mostly in the industrial and commercial area, impacting East Crosstown Parkway, in the Walter, Jasper and Sheldon Street area.
Water levels may have gone down overnight, but could rise again as rain storms are predicted today.
All of the major commuter routes in and out of Kalamazoo remained open this morning.
