KALAMAZOO (WKZO-AM/FM) — An over 12-foot bottle of beer stolen from downtown Kalamazoo after last Monday’s Oberon Day has resurfaced.
The man seen in surveillance footage taking the inflatable from the 100 block of West Michigan Avenue last Tuesday morning still has not been identified, but Kalamazoo Public Safety says they’re close. However, they do say they’re close.
The $2,000 oversized Oberon advertisement recently surfaced at a local attorney’s office.
Investigators also say the suspected thief may have been assisted.
