OSHTEMO (WKZO AM/FM) — A man reported missing on Wednesday has been found unresponsive near the Kal-Haven Trail by two men who were foraging for natural foods.
The family of Elishiba Thompson had been very concerned because it was unlike him to disappear and because of health issues that required medication.
He was taken to Bronson Hospital. His condition is not being released.
Kalamazoo County Deputies and City PSO’s had actually been conducting a joint search for Thompson around 10th and H Avenue where there was a report he had been seen several days earlier, when word came that he had been found about 40 to 50 feet off the trail in Oshtemo Township.
