UPDATE – 3/29 at 8:47 a.m.: 20-year-old Joseph Loomis was spotted walking along South Westnedge Avenue near Whites Road before 8 a.m. Wednesday. He has been returned to his family, according to a press release from the Portage Department of Public Safety.

PORTAGE (WKZO-AM/FM) — Portage Public Safety is asking for help finding an autistic man who is missing.
Joseph Loomis, 20, was last seen in the 7800 block of Kingston Drive at about 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.
He’s 5-foot-9, weighs around 160 pounds and has spiky brown and blonde hair. He was wearing a black puffy coat and dark blue jeans at the time of his disappearance, according to the police agendy.
