KALAMAZOO (WKZO-AM) — A Kalamazoo man has been killed in a single-vehicle crash halfway up Westnedge Hill near Crane Park, when his pickup veered off Park Street heading north and struck a tree.
Public Safety got the call at about 8:14 p.m. They found the driver, 37-year-old Joshua Andersen Locke, at the scene and non-responsive.
They began resuscitation efforts but they were unsuccessful and he was pronounced dead at the crash site. Police say speed may have been a factor in the crash but they are investigating and running tests on the victim.
