PORTAGE (WKZ0-AM) — The cause of death remains a mystery, but Portage Public Safety has released the name of a man found dead along the 5400 block of Meredith Street last Thursday.
They say a man mowing the lawn spotted the body of 54-year-old Rodney James Mullins lying on the ground under a small cluster of trees along the road.
The initial post-mortem conducted by the medical examiner found no evidence of trauma on the body.
Toxicology tests are being conducted but may take weeks to be completed.
Mullins reportedly lived in the area.
