PAW PAW (WKZO-AM) — The Van Buren County man charged with beating his wife to death with a hammer because she was having an affair with a neighbor has been found guilty of her murder.
Brent Bogseth did not react as the verdict was read.
The body of Kimberly Bogseth was found 9 days after her disappearance in the woods wrapped in plastic bags about two blocks from their home near Grand Junction.
The bags matched the kind Bogseth used at his custodian’s job and at home. Just one small fact of many stitched together by the prosecution to point the arrow at Bogseth.
The decision that he is guilty of first degree premeditated murder means automatic life without parole.
