KALAMAZOO (WKZO-AM) — A juvenile is in custody for snatching a bag from a man who was dining outside on the Kalamazoo Mall.
Kalamazoo Public Safety says it happened in the 200 block of South Mall at around 10 p.m. Thursday.
The juvenile, according to a press release, attempted to run from the scene, but was later located and arrested by an officer on foot patrol.
The property was returned to the victim.
The incident remains under investigation.
