THREE RIVERS (WKZO-AM) — Michigan State Police say a man from Three Rivers who was making bad decisions is sitting in the St. Joseph County Jail facing felony charges.
His first bad decision was to get drunk and try to drive home in his pickup Monday night. His second bad decision, according to troopers, was to back up on M-60 when he missed his turn.
Investigators say he backed up straight into a man driving an SUV, who tried to swerve, but could not get out of the way.
Neither man was injured. It was the pickup driver’s third arrest for driving while under the influence, which makes it a felony.
