ST. JOSEPH COUNTY (WKZO-AM) — A couple from Lawrence is recovering from multiple injuries they suffered when a deer bounded onto Decatur Road in St. Joseph County and knocked them off their motorcycle.
Wayne Strefling, 65, and Teri Lee Strefling, 63, were both wearing helmets at the time of the crash Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.
They were transported to Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo with non-life threatening injuries.
