VICKSBURG (WKZO-AM) — Sunset Lake is open for swimmers again.
The beach in Vicksburg has been closed for most of the last two months. Geese droppings were believed to be the source of high E.coli levels in the water.
The latest test results are from Monday. The results revealed a significant improvement in water quality.
The water will be tested again next Tuesday.
