ALLEGAN (WKZO-AM) — Allegan City police say they’re trying to locate a woman they claim stole a purse from a local business.
They say they have video-surveillance of Amanda Brooks-Kolberg grabbing a purse that contained a large amount of money. The rightful owner was planning to make a down payment on a house.
They say their suspect may be driving a 1999 Chrysler Town and Country minivan with a Michigan plate. It has the license number of DNA-3076.
They say Brooks-Kolberg is familiar with the Allegan, Pullman and Kalamazoo areas and may be hiding out there.
