KALAMAZOO (WKZO-AM) — A Vicksburg school employee who was on the maintenance staff and once worked as a paraprofessional with special education students has been arrested and arraigned on a first-degree criminal sexual conduct charge.
Timothy Pratt, 47, was formally charged Wednesday and has since been freed on bond. The alleged crime took place in 2011 and the victim was under 13, investigators said.
Vicksburg Community Schools officials said they have confirmed the alleged victim was not a student in their district and also said Pratt has been put on administrative leave.
