PORTAGE (WKZO-AM) — Portage Public Safety needs your help to identify the thieves who pulled up to a backhoe parked near a business on South Westnedge Avenue, loaded it onto a trailer and drove away.
The owner said it had been used to remove snow from the lot at Eve’s Salon and Spa. It had been parked there for several months.
What the thieves probably didn’t know was that there were security cameras in position to get a good shot of the actual crime in progress. It was taken on April 20 at 12:15 p.m.
