KALAMAZOO TOWNSHIP (WKZO-AM) — Kalamazoo Township police are looking the man who fired a gun at a person at the Country Meadows Apartment Complex on Kalamazoo’s east side.
Just before 4:30 p.m. on Monday, witnesses saw the victim suddenly begin to run north toward Gull Road. Another peson in the group fired a single round toward his direction.
The victim kept running, apparently unharmed.
The group then left the area, some on foot and the others in a dark green Chrysler 300.
The victim is described as a 20-year-old man wearing a black hoodie.The gunman had dreadlocks and was wearing a black leather jacket with bright yellow lettering on the front.
Police recovered a green 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix from the scene that had been stolen from Big Bend Apartments earlier in the afternoon.
