HASTINGS (WKZO-AM) — Police say they want to talk with the man who approached a 9-year-old girl who was playing in her front yard late on Monday afternoon in the 200 block of South Washington Street in Hastings.
He was described as a male teenager with dark hair and possibly a moustache. He was driving a large older black van. He asked to speak with the little girl who immediately ran in the house and told a parent what had happened.
