BATTLE CREEK (WKZO-AM) — The Kellogg Company is reacting with outrage and anger, demanding the man who seen in newly-surfaced video urinating on Kellogg factory equipment be “prosecuted to the full extent of the law.”
A company investigation has determined the incident apparently took place in 2014 at a plant in Memphis. The company says any of the products that might have been impacted have long since hit their expiration date.
They say the products impacted might have been Rice Crispy Treats, granola clusters or other puffed rice treats.
They are still trying to identify the man seen in the video.
His face is never shown and no product is actually seen in the video.
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration is conducting the criminal investigation, and they are not commenting.
