BATTLE CREEK (WKZO-AM) — A Battle Creek man who is charged with firing a gun at a police officer earlier this month will undergo a psychiatric exam before his criminal prosecution proceeds.
Dariyone Clark-Brown, 21, is charged with attempted murder and gun felonies for the March 5 shooting that left officer Bradley Gentry suffering from hearing loss.
His dashcam video shows the shooting and the high speed chase that followed.
Clark-Brown barricaded himself inside his mother’s home for several hours before surrendering.
