FULTON (WKZO-AM) — A fire early Sunday in Fulton at an old elementary school that’s been closed for decades is being called suspicious, simply because there is no other likely way to explain why a fire would start in a building without gas or electricity.
The fire was reported about 2:30 a.m.
Firefighters say it appears the blaze started in the utility room in the structure on West Avenue and 42nd Street.
