KALAMAZOO (WKZO) — Kalamazoo’s K-VET team says they have seen a spike in heroin overdoses and have shifted enforcement efforts to target the drug.
To that end they executed a search warrant in the 11-hundred block of Mount Royal Drive in Oshtemo Township this week.
They found a large amount of Heroin some of it packaged for sale. They also found meth, cocaine, marijuana and all the paraphernalia needed to operate illicit drug sales.
Two men, aged 43 and 33 were taken into custody on a variety of drug and other charges and booked in the County Jail.
