KALAMAZOO (WKZO-AM) — If you are looking ways to live healthier, the first ever Southwest Michigan Family Wellness Expo will be held Saturday in Kalamazoo.
The event will provide one-stop shopping for all sorts of information and demonstrations on healthier cooking and exercise programs. Experts in traditional, homeopathic and holistic healthy-living approaches will also be in attendance.
Jeff Weber helped organize the event and says they hope to hold them regularly.
“(It will feature) everything that southwest Michigan has to offer in terms of getting well in more ways than just physically,” Weber said.
It’s free and it will run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. today at the Fairgrounds and Expo Center on Lake Street in Kalamazoo.
