DEARBORN (WKZO-AM) — AAA has announced their list of the best hotels in the country and, for the first time, a popular sleepover spot in Battle Creek has joined the list.
The auto club annually lists their four-diamond and five-diamond-rated inns based on secret evaluations from experts who randomly sample the operations to make sure they’re up to snuff and provide only the best service with the nicest and most-luxurious accommodations.
Firekeepers Hotel and Casino has made the list for the first time.
The Radisson Plaza Hotel at Kalamazoo Center is back on the list. Both the Amway Grand Plaza in Battle Creek and the J.W. Marriott Hotel in Grand Rapids also made the rundown.
A total of 15 hotels in Michigan will be able to display the prestigious four diamonds this year.
