BULLHEAD CITY, ARIZ. (WKZO-AM) — A 20-year-old man on the run after the shooting death of a Battle Creek man in April has been found in northwest Arizona, just east of the Nevada border.
U.S. Marshals on Tuesday found Jace Vaughan hiding in an apartment in Bullhead City, where he has family ties.
Police believe he shot 18-year-old Justin Madden at an apartment complex on Rambling Lane after investigators initially ruled the death accidental.
Vaughan is awaiting extradition in the Mohave County Jail.
