BATTLE CREEK (WKZO-AM) — A Battle Creek man is free on bond after he was charged with sexually abusing a teenager at least three times and filming the assaults with his old cell phone.
The person who obtained the device formally owned by Kyland Hudson discovered the videos and contacted police.
The victim was a 17-year-old appeared to be drugged or unconscious. The attacks allegedly took place in Hudson’s camper.
Bond was set at $150,000 for the 38-year-old suspect.
