ALMENA TOWNSHIP (WKZO) — Van Buren Count Deputies say a man who was already driving on a restricted license because of a previous drunk driving arrest may lose his license, and maybe his freedom for a while, now that they have pulled his SUV out of a ditch in Almena Township.
The 27-year-old Kalamazoo man went off M-43, rolled the vehicle onto its side.
Blood alcohol tests revealed he was two times over the legal limit.
He is being held for driving under the influence and may face additional counts.
