PAW PAW (WKZO-AM) — It took about 15 minutes for a crew to put out a fire that damaged a house on 52nd Avenue in Paw Paw.
Firefighters saw heavy smoke and flames coming from the structure when they arrived early Wednesday.
Investigators are trying to figure out what sparked the blaze, but think it may have something to do with the residence’s heating system.
No injuries were reported. A damage estimate has not yet been released.
