PARCHMENT (WKZO-AM) — A pair of teenagers and a 12-year-old are in custody on suspicion of breaking into a home in Parchment.
Officers were called early Monday afternoon to the residence at East Thomas Street and Groveland Avenue after the homeowners noticed the disappearance of jewelry, cash and collectable coins.
Investigators say the boys were arrested after they attempted to make purchases at nearby businesses using the collectable coins and cash.
One of the teenagers was also found in possession of marijuana.
