CASS COUNTY (WKZO-AM) — Sheriff’s deputies in Cass County say they arrested a burglar after he was spotted by homeowners in their pole barn.
The homeowners discovered a stranger on their property in the 55000 block of Garrett Road late Tuesday and called 911. They restrained the subject until deputies arrived.
The 39-year-old male was taken into custody after a brief struggle.
He is being held for breaking and entering, assault and battery and larceny.
