COMSTOCK TOWNSHIP (WKZO-AM) — The Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s Office says a 35-year-old man is dead and a woman is in custody after a homicide at a home on Carter Street in Comstock Township.
Deputies were called to the residence near East Main Street at about 7:30 a.m. Undersheriff Paul Matyas says investigators don’t know the circumstances that lead to the death, but did say it may have been the outcome of a domestic assault.
It’s not clear what type of relationship the victim had with the woman.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
