BATTLE CREEK (WKZO-AM) — Investigators say a 13-year-old girl wasn’t assaulted at Battle Creek Central High School.
The ninth grade girl told police that two boys followed her into the school Oct. 16, where they grabbed her and attempted to take off her jacket and shirt.
But surveillance footage shows that, though the teen was talking with the boys, neither assaulted her. She claimed she fought them off and they fled.
The case is still being investigated.
