KALAMAZOO (WKZO-AM) — There has been another report of a mugging on the WMU campus, officials with the school said.
The victim says he was walking near the Burnham dorms at about 3 a.m. Saturday morning when he was confronted by two armed teens wearing hoodies who demanded his wallet.
Police responded quickly but did not find the suspects.
There was reportedly a witness to the mugging but information on that person and the weapons used by the robbers was not released.
They renewed their warning for students and staff to use caution at night and walk in groups or pairs if you can.
