KALAMAZOO (WKZO-AM) — U.S. Sen. Gary Peters will visit Kalamazoo on Monday morning to tour business revitalization efforts in the River’s Edge District.
While there, he’s expected to tout new legislation aimed at helping waterfront communities improve their neighborhoods, tourism, recreation and economies.
He’ll be joined by Mayor Bobby Hopewell, a representative with Kalamazoo County’s parks foundation and the founders of a local brewing company.
