CONSTANTINE TOWNSHIP (WKZO-AM) — Sheriff’s investigators in St. Joseph County say speed and alcohol appear to be factors in a wreck that seriously injured an Indiana man.
It happened at around 6 p.m. Saturday.
They say the 61-year-old from Elkhart, Ind., was not wearing a seat belt and driving on a suspended license when he ran his pickup off the left side of U.S. 131 in Constantine Township, striking a ditch and plowing through a fence.
