KALAMAZOO (WKZO-AM) — Western Michigan University is urging caution from its staff, faculty and students after an on-campus armed robbery near Zimmerman Hall.
The WMU Department of Public Safety says it happened before 2 a.m. Friday, when two men emerged from a black sedan and demanded money at gunpoint. The vehicle then fled toward the school’s student recreation center.
Police say no arrests have been made, and as many as five suspects may have been in the car. The victim was not hurt.
