LANSING, MI (WHTC) – Considering that it was commissioned by the Michigan Lodging and Tourism Association, a survey of more than a thousand likely voters showed 72 percent support for keeping public schools in Michigan from starting classes before Labor Day. Michigan is one of 12 states with such legislation.
