The case against a man accused of killing another man during a confrontation on Mount Olivet Road last year is now being deliberated by a jury in Kalamazoo Circuit Court.
Closing arguments in Daquan Pritchett’s case were heard Thursday.
THe incident is alleged to have taken place after a counterfeit $100 bill was used to make a marijuana purchase, quickly erupting into gunfire with bullets flying in both directions.
Multiple incidents of jury misconduct forced a mistrial in June.
