SOUTH HAVEN, MI (WHTC) – A 20-year-old man and two 18-year-old men, all from the South Haven area, were arraigned on multiple malicious destruction charges stemming from vandalism last month at Camp Agudah in Geneva Township. Dakota Burnett, Xavier Mulac and Cody Emelander are accused of painting a swastika on the sign for the Jewish children’s summer camp, along with damage to a vehicle, a building and a picnic table. The FBI is also investigating the incident to determine if the three men had violated federal hate crime laws.
