BATTLE CREEK (WKZO)– A homeless Battle Creek man has been arrested for vandalizing a police memorial to the community’s fallen police officers.
43-year-old Kenneth Kilpatrick has been charged with scratching the word, “biophysical’’ into the faces of fallen officers on plaques.
He also apparently used that word in harassing phone calls and e-mails made to a female police officer.
He stands charged with malicious destruction of property.
