KALAMAZOO (WKZO) — A young man with a skateboard will be in deep trouble for damaging an unattended Public Safety Patrol car, but first they have to identify him
. That’s where you may come in. The skateboarder made that job so much easier by forgetting that squad cars have dash-cams.
The video shows the subject approaching the squad car, taking several “Selfies” standing by the squad car.
Then he jumped up on the hood of the cruiser, laid on the windshield, and climbed onto the roof.
All this took place early last Sunday morning at about 3:40.
When the officers returned to the parked vehicle, they noticed the damage, played back the tape and it showed the entire incident.
The last shot shows the skateboarder rolling away southbound on the mall.
