KEELER TOWNSHIP (WKZO) — The fun weekend that an Eau Claire man was having with two of his friends disappeared in an instant on Magician Lake on Saturday.
Two officers from the Van Buren County Marine Division stopped his boat for a safety check and discovered he was legally drunk while piloting the boat.
He was arrested and taken to the Van Buren County Jail.
It was up to one of the other men to get the boat back to the boat launch and onto the trailer.
His name is being withheld pending formal charges.
