SCHOOLCRAFT (WKZO) — Josh and Lindsay Sanders, a brother/sister team from West Michigan have broken the record for the High Point Challenge, visiting the highest elevations in all 48-of the contiguous states in the shortest amount of time.
In some cases it meant climbing mountains, in most states, it meant a hike.
It also meant a lot of driving.
Their plan now is to kick-back for a while and rest up.
They beat the previous record of over 23-days by 4.5 days.
The official new record is 19 days, 7 hours and 37 minutes.
