LANSING, MI (WHTC) – MIRS News’ look at 19 legislative audits, centered on the state’s information technology systems, databases and other types of technology over the past four years, showed some kind of issue was found in 13 of those surveys. The Lansing-based news service claims that the same problems often kept popping up, particularly about controlling user access. MIRS did some digging after a Office of the Auditor General report last week uncovered problems involving prisoner health care services.
