LANSING, MI (WHTC) – Former Snyder Administration Education Advisor Craig Ruff has been called out of “retirement” by the Governor to serve on both the Education Achievement Authority Board of Directors and its Executive Committee. He spent 18 months as the Governor’s top adviser on education matters before stepping down at the end of 2014, replaced by Ottawa Area Intermediate School District Superintendent Karen McPhee. Ruff replaces one-time Grand Valley State University President Mark Murray on both panels, with the committee term running through mid-2018.
