LAMBERTVILLE (WKZO) — A 15-year-old who says his brother is no burden, will be carrying 8-year-old Braden Gandee on his back for the second time in a very long walk for a very good cause.
His 15-year-old brother Hunter Gandee has already begun the second “Cerebral Palsy Swagger”, this time traveling from Lambertville to Ann Arbor to bring attention to the affliction which has disabled the younger boy.
The walk will conclude Sunday.
Last year they went 40-miles over 2-days. This year the walk is 57-miles over three days.
Later this month, Braden Grandee will have surgery to counter the some of the effects of the disease.
