HARTFORD (WKZO) — State Police have released the name of the man who was runover and killed by freight-train near Hartford on Monday.
They say 23-year old Mitchell Wheeler had earbuds and was listening to music as he took a short-cut down the CSX tracks near 66Th Street.
He apparently never heard the train behind him, even though the engineer tried to warn him with the horn.
