LANSING, MI (WHTC) – According to a new EPIC-MRA biennial survey conducted for MIRS News, the most effective members in each chamber of the state legislature are Senate Majority Leader Arlan Meekhof of West Olive and House Appropriations Committee Chairman Al Pscholka of Stevensville. Meekhof received 22 percent of the Senate vote, while Pscholka garnered 15 percent of the House sentiment. The canvassing was done among 356 key players in the state’s legislative process inside and outside of the Capitol.
