MACKINAC ISLAND, MI (WHTC) – As the Detroit Regional Chamber’s Mackinac Policy Conference continues at the Grand Hotel, Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan flatly refuted speculation that he’s considering a run at the Democratic gubernatorial nomination in 2018. Former Detroit Emergency Manager Kevin Orr, one-time Holland state lawmaker Paul Hillegonds and Detroit Lions and Ford Motor Company mogul Bill Ford Junior are among those addressing the conference on various issues today. The summit on Mackinac Island ends tomorrow.
